Purpose:

P.A.G.C. Holdings Inc. has entered into a funding agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to operate the Sandy Bay Community Justice Program.
The Program will handle adult alternative measures and youth extrajudicial sanction referrals using victim/offender mediation, peer mediation, family group conferencing, healing/sentencing circles and reintegration circles. As well, the program may work on other identified priorities such as public education, crime and recidivism prevention.
