Purpose:

This project will support the relevance and effectiveness of Gladue Court in Toronto, the use of Gladue Reports, the roles of the various justice and program professionals, and the perceptions of individuals being sentenced. The evaluation will also investigate the provision of Gladue Reports by ALST to other courts in southern Ontario.
