Purpose:

The project aims to complete a comprehensive assessment to identify the intersecting needs of victims of human trafficking to create a best-practice plan for care that would address the gaps identified and enhance access to existing care management services; provide case management that focuses on providing proper care and ongoing coordinated assistance; and provide integration and settlement services that support victims of human trafficking in building a meaningful life.
