Purpose:

The project aims to expand information resources for unrepresented litigants in Manitoba by expanding the Unrepresented Litigants section of CLEA's website to include an on-line guide about enforcing financial and custody/access obligations, as well as expand the "Frequently Asked Questions" section by adding an additional 100 questions dealing with Family Law and Family Law Procedure. The scripts from existing narrated power point videos would be translated into French and formatted into fact sheets. Both the Guide and the Fact Sheets would be available in English and in French and included on the website so that they could be downloaded.
