Purpose:

This project will support the Fort Qu'Appelle Kapachee Training Centre Inc. to increase the skills of the Aboriginal Courtworkers from Saskatchewan and Manitoba on speaking to sentence and Trauma and Grief training. This project will also include a facilitated session on overrepresentation of indigenous people in the criminal justice system. Additionally, Saskatchewan will create an electronic information online repository for courtworkers.
