Purpose:

The project consists of an evaluation of two programs of the IMPAC project (Intervention multisectorielle - programmes d'accompagnement à la Cour municipale/ Multisectoral Response - Municipal Court Support Programs) managed by the City of Québec. The two programs: Nouvelle vision de la perception (New Visions) and the Tribunal à trajectoire spécifique (Special Needs Court) provide judicial procedures that are adapted for people with addictions or who have mental health issues. The two programs were implemented as pilot projects.
