Purpose:

The Touchwood Agency Tribal Council Inc. has entered into a funding agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to manage The Touchwood Agency Tribal Council Elder Gatherings Project. Touchwood Agency Tribal Council has always utilized community Elders as a valuable tool to strengthen and enhance programs and assist in providing the best service delivery possible. For this project, two Elder Gatherings will be held to assist in identifying approaches to enhance service delivery and programs to the First Nations membership. The Elder Gatherings will allow for the identification of community driven solutions that are specific to each First Nation.
