Purpose:

P.A.G.C. Holdings Inc. has entered into a funding agreement with the Department of Justice Canada to manage the Prince Albert Urban Alternative Measures Program. The Program provides diversion and mediation programming as an alternative to the formal court process for adult and young offenders in the City of Prince Albert, as well as nearby communities and rural areas surrounding the city. Processes utilized include formal cautioning, victim offender mediation and family group conferencing for both pre charge and post charge cases referred to the program.
