Purpose:

A second gathering for families of missing and murdered Indigenous women, which will take place from October 27 to 30, 2016, will be organized. This event will provide an opportunity for families to come together in a culturally safe environment with the aim to sharing their experiences, grieving together, and pursuing their paths to healing. The event program will include: a sharing circle, workshops, a sweat lodge, and the opportunity to meet therapists for individual counselling sessions.
