Purpose:

The intent of the Special Advocates Program - Professional Development Component is to ensure that all Special Advocates are knowledgeable when dealing with Security Certificates and other immigration processes. Professional development will be provided on substantive legal areas (as necessary), national, security/intelligence, interpretation, handling, and use of confidential or classified information.
