Purpose:

This project is the second phase of an initiative to implement a Child and Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC) for the London-Middlesex area. Building on the findings of its feasibility study, the organization and its key stakeholders will synthesize the essential elements of the feasibility study into a comprehensive governance framework and business plan that will guide the development process of the CYAC.
