Purpose:

Action et Développement Jeunesse will develop and implement a holistic substance abuse treatment program in the national capital area culturally tailored to young Francophone immigrants who have been involved with the criminal justice system. Interventions will include the rehabilitation and social reintegration of youth, the strengthening of the capacity of families and community stakeholders to support youth with addictions and the development of substance abuse resources and information tools. The organization plans to work with 60 to 80 youth, age 12 to 17, over the next three years.
