Purpose:
|
The organization will address two of the most important needs and gaps in services for immigrant and racialized female victims of sexual assault. They will ensure greater access to the criminal justice system through education about the rights and consequences of victimization as well as available services. They will also increase the capacity of community workers to support this access to criminal justice for immigrant women through culturally sensitive education specific to the needs of immigrant women who are victims of sexual assault.
