Purpose:

The Lanark County Community Justice Program will increase the capacity to offer trauma-informed restorative practices to victims of crime by coordinating the development, delivery and evaluation of training resources for local service providers and community members with an interest in supporting victims through restorative processes. The curriculum will be evidence-based, rooted in best-practices and will be specifically designed for use in rural communities.
