Purpose:

The goal of this project is to address the gaps in awareness and knowledge among front-line workers regarding how legal status impacts responses to family violence among newcomer, refugee, and non-status women. The organization will collaborate with Ethno-cultural organizations to create culturally competent and innovative workshops and activities related to the impact of family violence on newcomer, refugee, and non-status women, families and communities.
