Purpose:

This project is the second phase of an initiative to implement a Child and Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC) for Central/South Okanagan. Building on the findings of its feasibility study, the organization and its key stakeholders will continue the development of memorandums of understanding, working agreements and governance model that will guide the establishment of the CYAC. Furthermore, the organization will continue to build partnerships with Indigenous organizations to develop culturally responsive services for Indigenous children, youth and families attending the CYAC.
