Purpose:

This project will support a two-step pilot project 1) to structure and enhance the Gladue services provided by courtworkers, and 2) a) develop a courtworker resource for the provision of Gladue services, and (b) design and implement innovative activities to address gaps in services and reduce the over-representation of Indigenous people in the criminal justice system.
