Purpose:

This project will support collaboration between the 5 service providers in Alberta (Kainai Corrections, Yellowhead Community Corrections, Siksika Justice, Tsuu T'ina Justice and Native Counselling Services of Alberta) and increased access to services for clients who reside in remote, urban and rural communities. It will develop standardized processes and procedures in order to provide increased access to services, a more collaborative approach to service delivery for Alberta Courtworkers and will address gaps in services for Indigenous people in the criminal justice system.
