Purpose:

The organization will expand their services to younger generations and technology savvy survivors of crime who cannot or do not want to make a phone call and who prefer texting or live chat as a method of communicating. The organization will implement iCarol software, an all-in-one online helpline management software to expand, professionalize and legitimize their services allowing them to meet the changing needs and preferences of their clients. The project involves the purchase of the software, training of staff, students and volunteers, and migrating the chat portal system and texting capabilities onto the existing website of the organization.
