Purpose:

Five-year cost-shared agreement between Canada and the Province of Québec for the delivery of criminal, and immigration and refugee legal aid. Québec's five-year allocation for criminal legal aid will be $130,747,154. Québec will also receive a portion of the $62,900,000 five-year federal allocation for immigration and refugee legal aid, which will be calculated on an annual basis.
