Purpose:

As part of their broader gang exit strategy, the Toronto Police Service aims to develop centralized intake hub for youth in conflict with the law who are involved in, or vulnerable to, gang activities in the Greater Toronto area. The hub will be used as a tool for effectively referring youth to partner community based agencies for individualized support, programming and re-integration opportunities to prevent their future involvement in gang related activities.
