HANDS: The Family Help Network will oversee the development of a Child and Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC) in the District of Nipissing. HANDS will provide a private, physically and psychologically safe area for the clients and their families. Working in collaboration with the Executive Leads Committee and community partners, HANDS will operationalize the network and facility; provide ongoing monitoring; and the implementation and sharing of best practices.
