Purpose:

The organization will develop a resource and training on wise-practices that are inclusive of Métis cultural competency in trauma informed care. The project will begin the work with Métis communities, survivors of violence to identify wise practices and develop training for service providers that applies a Métis and gendered lens while being aware and considerate of the impact of trauma on Indigenous people.
