Purpose:

This project will provide funding to agencies in Winnipeg, MB and North Battlefords, SK for implement the program developed to address the needs of, predominantly, urban Aboriginal youth who are in trouble with the law. This project will see volunteers mentoring youth in a community or site-based setting. The program will build on the learnings and partnerships from the first phase of program development undertaken during November 2004 - March 2005.
