Purpose:

The project consists of a consultation that will collect current data, opinions and suggestions from various provincial stakeholders, such as the provincial government, francophone jurists and francophone organisations. The consultation will feed into a provincial forum that will bring together the stakeholders and participants of the consultation. The goal of the consultation and the forum will be to take a snapshot of the current justice situation and to develop innovative and effective solutions to improve access to justice in French in British Colombia.
