Purpose:
|
The project consists of courses in common law French legal terminology for French-speaking justice professionals (judges, interpreters, clerks, crown attorneys, etc), nationwide (except Ontario, Québec and New-Brunswick) with the goal of improving the legal French of the participants as well as to increase their awareness, given their role in the justice system, about issues related to active offer of services in French and to access to justice in both official languages.
