Purpose:

The recipient will undertake activities to support the Commonwealth Magistrates' and Judges' Association (CMJA) Conference in Toronto between September 10 and 16, 2006. The conference will enable participants to discuss issues of relevance such as diversity issues, social context issues, gender-based violence, human rights, etc.
