Purpose:

The Community Support Worker for Youth Program is a multi-year community based intervention that will develop individualized services and supports for youth ages 12 to 17 that are in conflict with the criminal justice system or at high risk of recidivism. The program will provide immediate crisis response, case management planning, bail supervision and develop housing alternatives. It is expected that the number of youth to benefit from this program will be approximately 200.
