Purpose:

Conduct a feasibility study in order to gather the degree of success of a subsequent Canada-wide project which would strenghten the legal position of women and their families living in francophone minority communities. The feasibility study would establish the preliminary phase of a larger project which would target all francophone women living in a francophone minority community that are undergoing a separation or divorce.
