Purpose:

The proposed project is designed to increase the participation rates of the services of the Peel Family Mediation Services among the diverse communities in Peel, more specifically mediation, family law education and parent education services by providing educational workshops, information sessions and written materials in languages other than English. They would also provide mediation training opportunities for workers in ethno-specific communities and identify the barriers to services associated with separation and divorce experienced by different communities.
