Purpose:
|
The intent of this multi-year project is to facilitate a youth's compliance with a court order by providing educational modules for youth on: the YCJA, the court system and their responsibilities with respect to a court order while also connecting youth with community resources that they have been court-ordered to attend. As part of the Kick-Start Program youth will also be encouraged to volunteer in the community as well as to participate in positive recreational activities that improve their health and wellness.
