The projet will support a needs assesment that will provide information to help define rigorous and precise parameters for a potential program that will be called "Carrières en justice". This program would promote careers in the justice field that can be practiced in French both in the public and the private sector. The program could include all the measures aimed at recruiting and retaining bilingual justice personnel and bilingual support staff.
