Purpose:

The program is aimed primarily at strengthening the community's youth through early and traditional interventions that address substance abuse issues and incidental offending behaviour. Referrals come largely from the First Nation Police. Interventions, coordinated by a Justice Committee, include traditional healing circles, offender/victim mediation, and counselling of various kinds. The program strives for peace, order and community wellness.
