Purpose:

The primary purpose of our project is to provide victims of domestic violence with practical assistance and emotional support in the form of court accompaniment service within the City of Ottawa. Court accompaniment can be defined as physically and personally assisting and supporting a victim through the criminal justice system, especially to the court proceeding.
