Purpose:

This project consists of the development of an encyclopedic dictionnary of common law in French which will provide definitions of common law terms in an 'article' format, as well as other usefull and pertinent information on the term. The dictionnary, which will be written in plain language as much as possible, will be targeted to jurists, students, teachers, practioners and laypeople who wish to have information on specific notions of common law.
